Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Alan Van Der Have

 

Brittany Kay Otten and Thomas Alan Van Der Have were married July 6, 2012, at Covenant United Reformed Church in Pantego, N.C. The double ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Calvin Tuininga.
The bride is the daughter of Russell Otten of Sheboygan, Wisc., and Diann Otten of Belgium, Wisc. The groom is the son of Robert and Tonya Van Der Have of Belhaven, N.C.
Attending the bride as matron of honor was Amy Stebnitz, friend of the bride, of Dyer, Ind. Bridesmaids were Kasia Otten, sister of the bride, of Sheboygan Falls, Wisc., and Laura Chrismon, friend of the bride, of Bath, N.C.
Steven Van Der Have, brother of the groom, of Belhaven served as best man. Groomsmen were Jim Van Der Have, brother of the groom, of Greenville, N.C., and Marques Otten, brother of the bride, of Belgium, Wisc. Ushers were George Chrismon and Stephen Cordon, friends of the groom, both of Bath.
Mistress of ceremony was Kathleen Hubers of Pantego.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Washington Civic Center, in Washington, N.C.
The couple’s wedding trip was to Riviera Maya, Mexico. They currently reside in Bath.
