Habitat for Humanity of Beaufort County held its latest house dedication Sept. 15 at the new home of Janice Williams and family, 801 E. Eighth St., Washington. Joining Janice are her three daughters, Khadeijah, Qynesha, and Jamesha. Along with the Williams family, the dedication was attended by Habitat board members, volunteers, friends and neighbors. Following the ceremony, lunch was served at the Harvest Church on West 15th Street. This home represents the 19th house built in Beaufort County by Habitat for Humanity.
