Three Belhaven medical practices this week have joined Vidant Medical Group, according to an announcement by Vidant Health on Wednesday.
The three practices include Belhaven Family Practice, C.O. Boyette Medical Clinic and Pungo Family Medicine.
They join Vidant Medical Group, a multi-speciality group of doctors and other health care providers that is part of Vidant Health, and will be called Vidant Family Medicine — Belhaven.
The three will be differentiated by their street addresses on Water, Haslin and Allen streets, according to the announcement.
The former Belhaven Family Practice, now known as Vidant Family Medicine — Belhaven (Water Street), is located at 161 E. Water St. and lists Gregory Jones as its current doctor.
The former C.O. Boyette Medical Clinic, now known as Vidant Family Medicine — Belhaven (Haslin Street), is located at 216 Haslin St. and lists Charles Boyette as its current doctor and lists Helene O’Neal as family nurse practitioner and Jennifer Neal as adult nurse practitioner.
The former Pungo Family Medicine, now known as Vidant Family Medicine — Belhaven (Allen Street) is located at 245 Allen St. and lists Mark Beamer as its current doctor and Laurie Koehler as family nurse practitioner.
Vidant Health is a network of doctors’ practices and includes more than 11,000 employees, 10 hospitals, home health and hospice programs and wellness centers.
