Louis “Bobby” Armstrong, a resident of 84 Mallison Harvey Road, Washington, died Friday, September 28, 2012, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Luke Disciples of Christ, 1281 Asbury Church Road. Burial will be in the Mallison-Harvey Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. Wednesday, October 3, at L.R. Randolph Memorial chapel and other times at the home. Arrangements by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W.
