The Rev. Bobby Carlos Armstrong, 69, a resident of 1307 Davenport Road, Columbia, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Norfolk, Va. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at Columbia Missionary Baptist Church officiated by Dr. Jeff Crabtree. Burial will follow in Soundside Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at Bryan Funeral Service, Columbia Chapel, and other times at the home.
