Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) David Watford Spivey, III, a resident of Bank Street, Washington Park, Washington, N.C., died October 4, 2012, at his home.
A military memorial ceremony will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2012, on the grounds of the Washington Yacht & Country Club. A celebration of Lt. Col. Spivey’s life will be held immediately following the military ceremony at the Country Club.
