Anthonys to compete in pageants

Martasia Anthony of Greenville was recently selected to participate in the 2012 Miss Jr. Pre-Teen Raleigh pageant competition, and Montavia Anthony was selected to participate in the Miss Pre-Teen Raleigh pageant. Each young lady submitted an application in their category and took part in an interview session conducted by the Raleigh Pageant coordinator.
The pageant competitions are taking place Sunday, Nov. 11, in Raleigh. The winners of the local competitions will compete in the National Competitions which will be held in Orlando, Fla.
The sisters are daughters of Derrick and Latrell Anthony of Greenville. Maternal grandmother is Ethel Bell of Washington and paternal grandmother is Pamela Crandall of Greenville.
