Rusty Martin, a 17-year-old junior at Wake Christian Academy in Raleigh, recently received his Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America. Martin, the grandson of Clark and Phyllis Peele of Terra Ceia, is an honor student, a member of Beta Club and student council board member. Additionally, he is an actor, runs cross country and is active in his community.
