Gerald F. “Chip” Harrell, age 81, a resident of Kissimmee, Florida passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013. He was born in Little Washington, North Carolina and moved to Kissimmee in 1980 from Emerald Island, NC. Chip was a member of the Elks Lodge in Kinston, NC and a member of the
First Baptist Church of Kissimmee.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 14, 2013, at Harvest Church, 2020 W. 15th Street, Washington and will be conducted by the Rev. Tad Tankard. The family will receive friends at the home of Kim and Paula Nicholls, 156 Canal Lane, Washington on Sunday, January 13, and
before and after the service on Monday.

Chip is survived by his son: Gerald F. Harrell Jr of Kissimmee; daughter: Susan Quinones (Michael) of Kissimmee; brother: Buddy Harrell (Helen) of Washington, NC; sisters: Ophelia Dixon of Washington, NC and Peggy Woolard (Edgar) of Wilmington, DE; three grandchildren: James Michael Zollo Jr., Allyson Lee Zollo and Wyatt John Zollo, all of Kissimmee; one great-grandchild: Alexie Belle Ann Jeffers of Kissimmee.
