The City of Washington honored East Carolina Wildlife Arts Festival and North Carolina Decoy Carving Championships organizers Sandra and David Gossett with a clock with an inscription that reads, “With gratitude from the City of Washington for your countless hours spent organizing the East Carolina Wildlife Arts Festival.” On hand for the presentation were (from left) Washington Mayor Archie Jennings, Sandra and David Gossett and Washington Tourism Development Authority Director Lynn Lewis.
