I see that our new governor has already begun to do what Republicans have always done. They talk about cutting the budget, cutting taxes, having less government. But, he has increased his cronies’ salaries and wants to decrease the unemployment benefits that hard-working people get and needed. This is very, very wrong. We’re going in the wrong direction with our new governor.

It’s not too difficult to determine that Ray Cooper, the attorney general for North Carolina is a Democrat. Wanting to give operator’s license to illegal immigrants? Unfortunately, he should’ve been run out of office when the rest of the Democrats were last November.

This is a message to the city police. If you want to write some tickets for people parking illegally and in handicapped zones, go out to the Wells Fargo on 15th Street, by the cinema. The most craziest people will park in this handicap area to go to the ATM. They are not handicapped. Heck, some of them don’t even park straight.
