Henry Weston Dixon, Jr., 86, of Middlesex, formerly of Washington, NC, passed away Monday. A Memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. The Rev. Steve McCart will officiate.
Henry is survived by his children, Robert Dixon and wife, Lawanna of Media, PA, Betty Sandy of Middlesex, John Dixon and wife, Angelia of San Marcos, TX, and Mary Ann Budnick and husband, Tony of Grand Island, NE; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and his sisters, Annie Mae Moore of Raleigh and Olga Jean Buck of Washington, NC.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kitty Nichols Dixon and his parents, Henry W. Dixon Sr. and Pearlie Ann Mills Dixon.
