I have a little of a moral question for Sound Off. What if you live in a place that does not allow pets, dogs for sure. And you think your neighbor is hiding a dog. Do you confront him? Do you tell the landlord? Do you wait to get positive proof?

Please, no more Sound Off’s about our county commissioners. We know a case of sour grapes when we hear it.
