CMS recognizes students with strong character

STRONG CHARACTER: January Character Ed Winners from CMS with Assistant Principal Mark Clinkscales: Tia Bryant, Johan Prado, Kevon Langley, Noah Baiz and Rebecca Balance (not pictured David Vines and Nicholas Baiz).

 

As a part of Beaufort County Schools Character Education program, Chocowinity Middle School nominated students during the month of January for the character trait of Perseverance.  Students were treated to biscuits provided by Hardee’s of Chocowinity and juice and given prize bags while each student’s nomination was read by Assistant Principal Mark Clinkscales.
Winners for the month of January were Tia Bryant, Johan Prado, Kevon Langley, Noah Baiz, Rebecca Balance, David Vines, and Nicholas Baiz.   One winner for middle school and elementary school was chosen.  David Vines won from the middle school, and Tia Bryant won from the elementary school.
