ROTARY RETURNS: Washington Noon Rotary’s President Phil Holloman and board member Ben Davis present Sally Love, Eagle’s Wings Executive Director, with a $1,000 donation resulting from proceeds of the 2012 Smoke on the Water event. Smoke on the Water is an annual fundraising event provided by Washington Noon Rotary and its many supporting sponsors. Profits from Smoke on the Water are donated to local charities that demonstrate Rotaries mission of “service above self” by supplying food, provisions and services to those in need. Additionally, counseling is provided in areas of money management and budget preparation. Eagle’s Wings is the largest food pantry in Beaufort County.
