Rufus “Jake” Paul Harrell Sr., 91, of Pea Ridge, died Friday, January 25, 2013, in Chesapeake, VA. A Celebration of Mr. Harrell’s life will be held at the Edenton Church of God at noon on Saturday, February 16, 2013, with Pastor Donald Sawyer officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Jimmy D. Sawyer, funeral director licensee, is serving the Harrell family.
