IN THE FIELD: Preschoolers (left to right) Jeremiah Keech, T’Jay Andrews, Ti’Nijah Barnes, Rihanna Corprew, Emily Mondragon, Trexler Gray and Ty’Quez Nelson took a field trip to Goose Creek State Park. Jennifer Rapoport’s pre-K class from Care-O-World Enrichment Center took its first field trip to Goose Creek State Park on Jan. 11. While there, park Ranger Nicole Crider showed the children different trees and ways to remember each type by using their senses. They took a hike around the park, and the children did crafts with wood and leaves. She presented each child with a pine tree and explained how to plant and take care of it at home. This trip was a l way to end their study about trees.
