Rosa Lee “Gail” Carter, 48, a resident of 896 Hortontown Road, Roper, died Sunday, February 24, 2013, at her home. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Puckett-Purkett Memorial Chapel, Roper, with Daniel L. Gilliam Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Memorial Garden, Roper. Viewing will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, March 1, at Purkett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper.
