Edelmira Cisneros, 68, a resident of Ricks Street, Washington, died Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center. A funeral  will be held Sunday, March 3, 2013, at 5:30 p.m. in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service. Burial will be held at a later date in Guasave, Sinaloa, Mexico. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 3, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations, 4500 Hwy 264 E., Washington.
