Richardson “Richard” Lyman Harrell, 64, of Mt. Gould Road, Merry Hill, died Sunday, March 17, 2013, at home. A funeral will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Riverside Baptist Church. Dr. Gene Martin and the Rev. David Baker will officiate. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Colerain. The family will receive friends from their home. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is serving the Harrell family.
