Hattie Brown Moore, 88, a resident of 43 Normandy, Apt. 1, Dorchester, Mass., and formerly of Washington, died Monday, March 18, 2013, at Beth Israel Medical Center, Boston, Mass. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
