Mr. Eugene “Gene” Rawls 84, of 1055 Bell Town Road, Williamston, died Tuesday March 26, 2013, at home. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Roberson Chapel Church with the Rev. Candace Worth officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation is set from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at Walker Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements, and other times at the home of Kevin and Regina Swanner, 1424 Jack Cowan Road, Williamston.
