Mr. Joseph Kenneth Counter, of 405 N. Harrell St., Williamston, died Monday, March 25, 2013, at Roanoke River and Rehab Center. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2013, at Trinity Catholic Church with Sister Keiran Williams and the Rev. Robbie Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation is set from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
