Mr. James L. “Buddy” Carter, 84, of 4027 Woodley Station Road, Creswell, died Saturday, April 13, 2013, at his home. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2013, at Shiloh Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), with Vice Bishop Daniel Griffin officiating. Burial follows in Shiloh Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the church and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
