Aaron Blue Hunt and Dortress Dawn Hunt of Washington announce the birth of their son, Josiah Layne Hunt on April 13, 2013 at Vidant Beaufort Medical Center.

Josiah weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19.75 inches in length.

His mother is the former Dortress Dawn Linnen.

Maternal grandparents are Ken and Ann Harris and the late William Donald “Bill” Linnen of Washington.

Paternal grandparents are John and Techa Hunt of Pembroke, N.C.

Great-grandparents are the late Nancy Dortress Smith and Lacy Caleb Williams III.
