The Division of Continuing Education at Beaufort County Community College will offer the Real Estate Update and Elective Course 6 to 10 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, May 7 and 8 in Room 829 of Building 8 on the BCCC campus to satisfy the requirements for renewal of an annual real estate license.
Students may take one class or both classes, depending on their individual needs. The registration fee will be the same whether students attend one or both nights.
The registration fee is $65. The instructor is Bobby Roberson. The required textbook for the update is $6.50 and a limited supply for the elective, $4.50. Books should be purchased from the BCCC Bookstore before the first night of class.
