Troy and Angelia Phelps of Washington announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Joyce Phelps, to Anthony Daniel Burton.

The bridegroom-elect is the son of William and Lori Chrismon of Washington.

The couple will exchange vows Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 at the Washington Civic Center.
