PENNIE
Say hi to Pennie, a 4-month-old, female, Brindle Plott Hound, also known as the North Carolina State Dog. The breed originated in Bute County, a former county in western North Carolina. Her coat is short, smooth, fine, and glossy brindle (a streaked or striped pattern of dark hair imposed on a lighter background) and it is the preferred coat typical of this breed. Her disposition is very sweet, loving, laid-back, intelligent and alert. She will be great with a forever family that has a large yard for her to roam and play.
