Boy Scout Troop #258, with Scout Masters Doug Boyd, Bill Fath and Robert Tankard, decorated the Carteret Street in Bath with hundreds of American Flags on Thursday, May 16, in preparation for Bath Fest and Memorial Day. The flags will stay planted until Tuesday.
