Hashawn Tyrell Cherry, known as Shawn Moore, died Wednesday, June 19, 2013, as a result of drowning. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 270 Whispering Pines Road, Washington. Rev. William Whitehead is the pastor and eulogist. Burial will follow in the Whitfield Cemetery, Asbury Church Road, Washington. The family will receive friends at 83 Magnolia School Road, Washington. Arrangements are by Bonner Street Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
