Mr. Jerome Fulcher, 50, of 154 Waters Road, Pantego, died Sunday, June 30, 2013, at his home. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at White Oak Chapel Church, Bath, with Elder Kirk Harris officiating. Burial follows in the church cemetery. Arrangements are by Bonner Street Funeral Home, Washington.
