Mrs. Ruth Elizabeth Swindell Purnell, of Georgia and formerly of Blounts Creek, died Sunday, July 7, 2013. A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at St. John Free Will Baptist Church, Blounts Creek. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
