Mrs. Thelma Hammond Lee, of 1110 Van Norden St., Washington, died, Friday, July 12, 2013, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
