NEW ADDITION: Capelli Salon introduces Beth Gibbs. She is originally from Ohio and has lived in Washington for nine years. She specializes in perms, shampoo and sets, INOA color and SHELLAC manicures. She is the newest addition to the staff management. She is accepting new clients.
