Mr. John Haywood Pritchard Sr. ,76, of 229 W. Washington St., Bethel, died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013, at Hickory Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Doug Tyson officiating. Burial follows in Bethel Cemetery. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, at Walker Funeral Home’s Ayers Chapel, Bethel, which is in charge of arrangements.
