Wayne Wilson Broome, 85, of Wilson, died Thursday, September 5, 2013.

Funeral, Monday, 11:00 AM, First Baptist Church, 311 W Nash St, Wilson. Interment, Maplewood Cemetery.
Surviving is his wife, Lobelia “Billie” Tyson Broome; sons, Philip W. Broome and David T. Broome, both of Washington; brother, Tommy Broome (Rosemary) of Monroe; sister-in-law, Joann Broome of Charlotte.
The family will be at the residence on Sunday afternoon.
