Mr. Lenuard Glenwood Smith, 74, of Washington, died Monday, Sept. 16, 2013. A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at Emmanuel Free Will Baptist Church with pastors Jim Greene and Danny Barrow officiating. Arrangements are by Jimmy D. Sawyer, funeral-director licensee.
