Pack, Knights and Vikes pick up wins

The Washington football team picked up a 20-6 victory over Farmville Central in its Eastern Plains Conference opener on Friday.
The victory was the third in a row for the Pam Pack and ups its record to 5-2 (1-0) on the year.

Plymouth 66, Creswell 6
Plymouth picked up right where it left off before the bye as it rolled past Creswell 66-6 on Friday to up its record to 6-0 (2-0).
Quarterback Malik Webb hit on 7 of his 10 pass attempts for 194 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Vikings to their sixth straight win of the year.
Running back Demarkus Price rushed for a team-high 90 yards and two scores, while Chad Dance gained 80 yards and scored twice and Rafael Liriano ran for 69 yards and a TD.
Lazirus Barrow added 59 rushing yards, while Kevin Phelps, Kevin Clark and Ahmad Purvis each reached the end zone once.

Riverside 50, Northampton 31
The Knights offense erupted in their Two Rivers Conference opener as they rolled past Northampton 50-31 on the road.
Riverside jumped out to a 26-7 first quarter lead and never looked back as it upped its record to 4-3 (1-0).
Jeremiah Wilson led the attack as he rushed for 177 yards and three scores, while Malik Smith added 82 rushing yards and two TDs and Daniel Everett scored once.
