Belhaven Police Department

Oct. 2

Communicating threats reported at 1 p.m. at the intersection of Pungo and Pamlico streets. Subject stopped vehicle and made a verbal threat towards the 36-year-old woman.

 

Oct. 5

Simple assault reported at 9:04 p.m. Subject punched 19-year-old woman in the face several times.

 

Oct. 6

Breaking and entering; larceny; and damage to property reported at 10:30 p.m. at Rack Time Pool Hall. Subject broke off a lock, entered the building and took a pack of basic menthol light cigarettes and a bank pouch containing $150. Damage to the door amounted to $150.

 

Oct. 8

Breaking and entering; and larceny reported at 11 a.m. Victim reported $3 stolen from console.

 

Property damage reported at 5:55 p.m. Suspect broke the driver side window of a vehicle.

 

Oct. 11

Damaged property reported at 9 a.m. A tire was punctured with an ice pick.

Simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia reported at 5:24 p.m.

 

Oct. 19

Providing alcohol to minors reported at 11:20 p.m.
