Mr. Richard Lee Balzer, age 88, a resident of 196 Dan Taylor Road, Washington, NC died Wednesday, October 30, 2013.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, November 4, 2013 at Wares Chapel United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the church and other times at the home.
