Oct. 23

Larceny – shoplifting reported at 3:50 pm. Suspect cut open sealed Seachoice air horn package and removed property valued at $39.99 from store.

Nov. 2

Breaking and entering of a business, larceny from a building and damage to property reported at 11:06 a.m. Subject used tool to pry door open and take bank bag containing $58.75.

Oct. 18

Motor vehicle accident reported at Cypress Station, N.C. Highway 33 East and Old Blounts Creek Road. Driver charged Oct. 20 with leaving the scene after hitting a parked vehicle.

Oct. 21

Motor vehicle accident reported on Mill Road at Jasmine Drive at 3:50 p.m. Vehicle drifted over yellow line and its rearview mirror hit the rearview mirror of an oncoming vehicle, causing $400 in damage to oncoming car.

Oct. 29

Motor vehicle accident reported in the parking lot of the U.S. Post Office on U.S. Highway 17 South at 2:30 p.m.
