Reading the City Council beat, I would have to agree with Doug Mercer about if you don’t show up for the meeting, you don’t get paid for it. I think Doug is on the right course. I know Doug and I are about the same age. That’s probably what’s wrong with us. Our brains run in the same direction. If you don’t work, don’t get paid.

For the concerned person that lives in Smallwood that’s getting their mail late, all you’ve got to do is go to City Council and they will take care of it for you because Smallwood is the golden child of Washington.

To the person who has decided to boycott the Affordable Care Act for health insurance, I can only wish you a very long life of absolutely perfect health. You will surely need it without medical insurance.
