Virginia M. Rouson, 91, of 15 Reed Road, Plymouth, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014,, at her home. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, at New Bethel Church of Christ. Burial follows at the Rouson family cemetery, Roper. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, at the church. Arrangements are by Stallings Funeral Home, Elizabeth City.
