Edwards, broker, as their 2013 Realtor of the Year.  The Realtor of the Year award is presented annually to a local realtor who exemplifies professionalism and dedication to the community.  Edwards is a full-time broker with Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty in Washington. She has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer and holds a number of real estate designations. To Edwards, “Real estate is more than property: It is about a sense of community.”  Edwards works tirelessly to benefit the community on behalf of numerous organizations and serves as the chairman of the Coldwell Banker Coats for Kids campaign.   Edwards was presented her award by Tomp Litchfield, the 2014 president of the North Carolina Association of Realtors. Prior to her career in real estate, Edwards was the director and chief operating officer for a domestic distribution channel for a Fortune 550 Company. She and her husband Paul reside in Belhaven.
