Mrs. Julia Mae Cutler Clark, 82, a resident of Kinston Rehabilitation & Nursing Center and formerly of 108 W. Seventh St., Washington, died Wednesday, March 12, 2014. The family will receive friends at the home of Thermon Moore, 417 W. Ninth St., Washington. Arrangements will be announced by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
