Mrs. Ruth Elizabeth Waters Elzey-Hewitt, 84, a resident of 324 River Road, Washington Park, died Thursday, March 13, 2014, at River Trace Nursing Center of Washington. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, March 17, 2014, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. Burial will follow in St. Clair’s Church of Christ’s cemetery.
