Mrs. Victoria Steel Allen, 55. of 1059 Holly Court, Williamston, died Friday, March 14, 2014. at her home. A private memorial service will be held in Durham at a later date. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Walker Funeral Home, Williamston, which is in charge of arrangements.
