There will be a celebration of life for Ella May Martin Steppe at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service. The family will receive friends following the service at Hillside Funeral Service and at other times at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, 40 Duck Creek Road, Washington. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Woodard’s Pond Church of Christ, 9004 U.S. Highway 264 East, Washington, NC 27889.
