AWARD: Andrew Pelletier, of Troop 383 in Plymouth, was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout on March 15 at the First Christian Church of Plymouth, which sponsors the troop. He is the 69th Eagle to be awarded in Troop 383. The badge was pinned on his chest by his mother. John Spruill is the scout master of Troop 383.
