BELHAVEN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE | CONTRIBUTED
WINNER: Each year in March, the Belhaven Chamber of Commerce Celebration Committee holds its Brochure and T-shirt contest. The artwork is on 8 1/2 X 11 white paper, using the colors red, blue and yellow. All the artwork that was submitted this year will be on display in the downtown Belhaven shopping area.
